Boiled Eggs


Ingredients:
  • Eggs
  • Water

Instructions:
  1. Fill a pan with enough water to cover the eggs
  2. Bring water to rolling boil
  3. Carefully add the eggs to the boiling water
  4. Boil for 11 minutes
  5. Carefully remove the eggs and put in cold water with ice.

Notes:

Adding the eggs to the boiling water helps prevent the shell from sticking when the egg is peeled.
