Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 4 pieces (or 1 lb chicken breast tenders)
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 or 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 or 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 extra large egg
- 1 tbsp Tiger Sauce
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Crush corn flakes and put in large, shallow bowl
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients to the corn flakes
- Put the egg and tiger sauce in a seccond shallow bowl, beat the egg and mix the sauce in thoroughly
- Put the oil in a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the dry ingredients until coated. Place in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done, turning once after about 10 - 15 minutes.
