Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 4 pieces (or 1 lb chicken breast tenders)
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 or 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 or 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 1 tbsp Tiger Sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Crush corn flakes and put in large, shallow bowl
  • Add the rest of the dry ingredients to the corn flakes
  • Put the egg and tiger sauce in a seccond shallow bowl, beat the egg and mix the sauce in thoroughly
  • Put the oil in a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken
  • Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the dry ingredients until coated. Place in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done, turning once after about 10 - 15 minutes.

Notes:

Calorie information is based on boneless, skinless breast filets. Chicken tenders will vary depending on number in package.
