Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro)

3-4 cloves garlic

2-3 tsp yogurt
-
Salt (to taste)

1 tsp sugar

5-10 green serrano peppers
-
2 sprigs fresh mint
-
1 tsp cumin seeds
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
Optional: 1/3 bag shredded coconut
Instructions:

Chop coriander and place in food processor with all other ingredients

Process until everything is uniform in size and color

Store in airtight container in refridgerator
